∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
Experience Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ The Doctor is to be based in Ukhiya where planning to support the FDMN people and also host community of Ukhiya, Coxsbazar.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Address the medical issues of patients by referring to their history, diagnosis, care, therapy and referral, if appropriate.
∎ Maintain confidentiality at all times, and impartiality
∎ Collect, document and retain confidential information about patients, such as details of exams, medical records and studies.
∎ Run minor operations and ensure providing quality health
∎ Explain to patients the procedures or medications recommended.
∎ Supervise and monitor the activities of the clinical staffs at the facility
∎ Liaise with Neighborhood and Hospital care professionals.
∎ Promote health education in collaboration with other health care practitioners.
∎ Keep up to date with the medical, diagnosis, and drug developments.
∎ Keeping up meetings and communication with field officers
∎ Regular reporting to the Program Manager with progress report and required suggestions for service upgradation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous clinical experience as a primary care provider
∎ Friendly and compassionate disposition
∎ Strong leadership skills and attention to detail
∎ Ability to cope with stress
∎ Ability to organize and prioritize workload, using initiative when appropriate
∎ Able to work independently
∎ Good communicator
∎ Good organizational skills
Salary: Tk. 80000 - 90000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
