Responsibilities & Context:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee placement.

  • Oversee performance management and appraisal processes.

  • Monitor job performance of employees and aid in career path development

  • Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions.

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.

  • Identify training needs and arrange learning & development programs.

  • Prepare HR reports for management review.

  • Support management in organizational planning and workforce strategy.

  • Lead and supervise HR & Admin team members.

  • Promote organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Participate in policy formulation and organizational development.

  • Any other Tasks assigned by the Management as & when required.
