• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Research Organization
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Work experience at a community-based health project.

• Competence in conducting health assessments and documentation using computer.

• Strong communication skills to teach procedures of prevention, health promotion, prescription advice, obtain informed consent, and provide training to the team members.

About us:

Dev Care Foundation is a non-profit voluntary registered organization in Bangladesh, working on health promotion & disease prevention, conducting research, and providing limited healthcare services. Dev Care Foundation is going to start a centre to provide Quality Basic Health Care Services in Chattogram city.

About the role:

• The Physician will work under the guidance of the Executive Committee of Dev Care Foundation.
• Team Leader to supervise and guide the GP centre team of nurses, medical assistants, and related staff of the centre.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, supervise and implement assigned activities together with the team
• Support the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials & training the team.
• Support and perform tasks assigned by the Executive Committee of Dev Care Foundation
