Job Context:
∎ This position will be responsible for achieve sales target and profitable growth of assigned division.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor & coordinate the activities of RSM/TSM.
∎ Monitor the activities of the Distributors & their field forces.
∎ Implement the Company Objectives in the market.
∎ Ensure realization of 100% receivables/credit related to primary sales.
∎ Ensure the arrangement and maintenance of the updated market and route wise party list.
∎ Monitor and guide the activities of Depots (company owned) if any.
∎ Ensure merchandising at the outlets (Retail & Wholesale) in his region
∎ Provide regular feedback to the Management.
∎ Identify and solve market related problems.
∎ Motivate the Sales Forces for achieving 100% target.
∎ Train the Sales Forces regarding product knowledge and professional skill development.
∎ Sales administrative activities in collaboration with manager Sales Administration

Additional Requirements:
∎ In depth Knowledge about sales, distributorship, dealership, product replacement, customer service, outlet route & territory.
