Experience:
Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university (Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, or Social Sciences preferred).
Experience: Minimum 10 years of practical experience in the microfinance sector, with at least 5 years in Mid-Level Field Management Roles (Like Zonal Manager/Regional Manager/District Manager)
Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, decision-making, and strategic management abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Sound knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.
Mobility: Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh and adapt to rural/field environments.

To groom future leaders in the development sector, CDIP is looking for dynamic and committed individuals for its Divisional Manager position, designed to provide fast-track career growth in core operational areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage overall operations of 2–5 Zones and 35–80 Branches under the assigned Division.
Ensure effective planning, implementation, monitoring, and quality control of microfinance, education, health, and other social development programs.
Guide and evaluate Zonal Manager, Area Managers, and Branch Managers; build staff capacity and leadership.
Ensure loan disbursement, savings mobilization, overdue recovery, and financial discipline across the Division.
Prepare and oversee annual budgets, audits, and financial/operational reports.
Ensure compliance with CDIP’s policies, financial procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Drive community development initiatives and represent CDIP’s mission, vision, and values in the Zone.
Pilot new projects, share innovative ideas, and contribute to continuous program improvement.
Develop new policies and revise programs in line with market demand and microcredit sector needs.
Should be capable of conducting financial ratio analysis and deriving data-driven decisions accordingly
Identify weak performers and take initiatives for their development.
Contribute to innovative solutions for program efficiency and impact.
