Job Context:
∎ MahidebJuboSomajKallayanSomity (MJSKS) is a NGO is looking for a qualified District Coordinator (DC) for `Strengthening the resilience of the poorest population of the impacts of climate change in Bangladesh Project.
∎ Supported by: NETZ Bangladesh
∎ Job Nature: Full-time up to project period based on performance
∎ Job Location: LalmonirhatSador/AditmariUpazila, Lalmonirhat.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experiences on program planning, implementation, budgeting, financial management, staff management, report writing and monitoring & evaluation. Clear conception/ understanding on livelihood, human rights and mainstreaming gender and right based project dynamics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali. The applicant should have computer skill on MS word, Excel, Power point and internet applications. Experience on network/linkage/collaboration with union/upazila/district level administration and national level network and like-minded organizations. Should have Motor bike driving license. Willing to stay at District/Upazila level with frequent visit to the remote areas. Candidate should have a good knowledge on safe grading (Child Protection, Gender & Anti sexual harassment). Only experienced candidate will apply.
∎ Age limit: 35-50 years. However, the age limit could be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
Salary:
∎ Salary: Monthly gross salary BDT- 44, 500/-
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 1 festival bonus and 1 gratuity equivalent to 1 month gross salary each
