∎ Minimum Graduation from any reputed university. Business graduate is preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 9 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ >Distributor On-boarding & Exit:
∎
∎ Development and implement distributor on-boarding & exit process with collaboration of others necessary department.
∎ Ensure the implementation of approved distributor on-boarding process (if any) and raise flag if violated at any level.
∎ Ensure system level readiness through collaborating with cross functional teams to onboard distributors within shortage possible time frame.
∎ Ensure exit distributors follow the process and coordinate with relevant cross functional team to ensure release of the distributions.
∎ Evaluate and suggest any change on distributor on-boarding or exit process.
∎ ---Visit Distributor point physically & Assess before on-boarding any new DB.
∎ ---Prepared partner readiness pool from own source & visit frequency
∎
∎ >Establishing Compliance & Archiving:
∎
∎ Work closely with cross functional team to establish compliance across the distribution channel as per the guidelines of company and regulatory bodies to minimize or eliminate any risk.
∎ Work as a flag bearer regarding compliance violation in entire distribution eco-system.
∎ Ensure the relevant documents (Distribution Agreement, Trade Li-cense, NID, etc) and their digital and physical archiving for future references while distributor on-boarding.
∎ Evaluate the financial and legal risk involving with distributors and guide relevant team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ People management, conflict management and extensive travel capacity.
∎ Excellent in MS office and reporting.
