Educational Requirements:
∎ University Degree in Occupational Therapy / Physiotherapy / Speech and Language Therapy, Disability Studies, Development Studies, Disaster Risk Management, Human Rights or Law or related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 5-6 years of proven professional experience in mix of humanitarian and development context in an advisory, coordination position in INGO/NGO.
∎ Minimum of 4 years work experience in inclusion of at risk groups ideally in humanitarian context- such as with persons with disabilities, women, children, and older people.
∎ Strong experience in the capacity building preferably in the field of age and /or disability.
∎ Good understanding of humanitarian architecture, disability inclusion standards and guidelines and Universal Design principles.
