Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a high-performing Director of Sales. The successful candidate will need to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Sales Director Duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.
∎ You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. Please apply who are actually skilled in this area.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer date base
∎ Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via meetings, telephone calls and email for promotion of our products. Planning & organizing for different marketing activities.
∎ Working closely with the company's Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
∎ Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team.
∎ Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
∎ Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs.
∎ Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
∎ Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organization.
∎ Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
∎ Plan to execute the target with estimated deadline & do necessary following up.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Age at least 40 years and above
∎ 15-year(s) experience in real estate Sales and Promotion
∎ The applicants should have experience in Real estate Sales, Marketing, Customer Support/Client Service, Corporate Marketing. Digital Marketing, Promotional Campaign
∎ Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results.
∎ Good Analytical ability and problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.
∎ Strong proficiency in Reading, Speaking and Writing in Bangla and English.
∎ Preference will be given to the highly experienced person.
∎ Solid knowledge of sale strategy.
