Educational Requirements:
∎ LLM or equivalent degree preferably in Social Science, Development Studies

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, direct, coordinate, and lead activities of PLASGBVPRC Project to ensure that goals, objectives and all elements of the PLASGBVPRC are accomplished parameters.
∎ Establish work plan and staffing for project offices, and arrange for assignment of project personnel.
∎ Responsible for supervision of all staffs assigned to the project to ensure it is on schedule and within budget.
∎ Outline work plan to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority.
∎ Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required.
∎ Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
∎ Coordinate project activities with other activities of the organization.
∎ Coordinate activities of different level and non-government stakeholders as well as external consultant.
∎ Responsible for overall quality and management of the PLASGBVPRC Project.
∎ Supervise service delivery, assess client needs.
∎ Recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate project/program effectiveness.
∎ Provide program content expertise, which will include delivering public presentations about the PLASGBVPRC Project and communicating the project's purpose, value and importance to the region.
∎ Conduct baseline and end line surveys of the project.
∎ Network with local, regional, state and national agencies; educational institution; non-profit organizations; and private sector business interests for project effectiveness.
∎ Oversee budget, ensure financial accountability.
∎ Prepare technical Papers, Speech and Presentation
∎ Facilitating of different trainings, workshops and seminars
∎ Prepare different external and internal reports.
∎ Conducting research and consultancies (Both internal & external)
∎ Conducting monitoring & Evaluation as well as prepare reports.
∎ Assist management in formulation of policies and procedures of the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ We are looking forward to a candidate with a minimum of 10 years professional experience at senior level in the development and humanitarian sector.
∎ Have sound knowledge of managing Institutional donors supported programmes and be confident in programme appraisal, monitoring and evaluation
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and verbal fluency in Bangla required
∎ Exceptional leadership and time, task and resource management skills
∎ Skillful in formulating Strategic Management
∎ Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
∎ Possess gender and cultural awareness, positive attitude and professional integrity
∎ Ready to undertake extensive field visits

Salary: Negotiable
