Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in International Business, Management, International Development, Economics or any other relevant field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing strategies and community of practices for quality designs of programmes and proposals.
∎ Building systems of collaboration, information sharing and quality control for the programme development work for BRAC and BI.
∎ Together with affiliates, develop project management tools and ensure regular effective use of it.
∎ Managing competencies and capabilities within programme development team
∎ Creating holistic programme development/design across sectors and countries ensuring strategic alignment across competing priorities between entities/teams
∎ Ensuring strategic alignment across competing priorities between teams/entities
∎ Working in conjunction with the Program Development staff across all entities to leverage their key programme objectives and develop business opportunities, through the preparation and submission of quality proposals
∎ Working closely with Programme Directors to develop key tools and practices and that they are introduced and embedded in the project management cycle.
∎ Developing and driving a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and performance optimization across all programme development processes.
∎ Effectively and efficiently delegating responsibility and authority, and ensuring accountability, to subordinate staff for the delivery of agreed outputs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in an international business environment that includes leading roles in programme designing and development, donor proposal development and knowledge management.
∎ Experience of management of diverse workforce including effective performance management and utilization of capacity building, coaching, and mentoring skills.
