At least 15 (fifteen) years of experience in operation & maintenance of big campuses/ hospitals/ hotels/ commercial buildings/ factory complex, etc. and minimum 5 years of management experience as Director / Chief Engineer.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Description:
Provide technical and managerial leadership for the operation and maintenance of the following:
4.0MW captive power plant, with 3 nos. 1.34MW Deutz gas generators
4.0MW electric sub - station
Central UPS System
3 Nos 450KVA diesel generators
2750RT central air - conditioning system
Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)
18 elevators
Building firefighting system
Building plumbing and water supply system
General maintenance of classrooms / Labs / Offices
Overall cleanliness of the entire campus & surroundings
Any other responsibilities assigned by the NSU Authority
Job Other Benifits:
- Pay Scale: Tk. 95,274-9,527-2,38,186 (as per NSU policy).
