∎ Post Graduation from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage a group of company’s knit garments production related operations having 170 sewing lines, and operation’s for accessories and printing (both AOP & Screen print units
∎ Close coordination with marketing and merchandising teams
∎ Maintain very good contact with reputed buyers.
∎ Plan and overview production material supply and resource allocation
∎ Coordinate with all departments for smooth working environment.
∎ Manage the entire groups operations and supply chain to ensure that the production units are running profitably and strive to minimize cost.
∎ Monitor and follow up day to day production to meet production/shipment target
∎ Make sure that production units maintain the required compliance level
∎ Ensure product design and development and related R&D activities as per the customer requirements and facilitate marketing department in doing so.
∎ Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with the company policies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Capable of handling minimum $ 10-12 Million shipment per month
∎ Strong communication skill.
∎ 8/10 years in similar position
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Dynamic, proactive, hard working & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Strong leadership capability, self driven & team building efficiency.
∎ Sound knowledge on current prices & rates of the garments industry.
∎ Strong technical knowledge on Industrial Engineering
Salary: Negotiable
