Minimum 15 years of experience in the Beverage market, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally in the FMCG or Beverage industry.
Proven expertise in developing and implementing impactful sales strategies.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and foster a performance-driven culture.
Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and MS Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively as required.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement robust sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Lead and manage a high performing sales team, providing mentorship, training, and setting clear objectives.
Build and sustain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners.
Analyze sales metrics market trends, and competitor activities to adapt and refine strategies.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and expansion channels.
Ensure optimal resource utilization while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility.
Analyze, report, and interpret store specific data to identify growth opportunities and drive performance improvements.
