• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Beverage market, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally in the FMCG or Beverage industry.

• Proven expertise in developing and implementing impactful sales strategies.

• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and foster a performance-driven culture.

• Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and MS Office Suite.

• Willingness to travel extensively as required.
