∎ UDDIPAN has vacancy of the position Director- Human Resource Management Division inviting application from competent and confident incumbents who is interested to take challenges of following responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as a team leader of the UDDIPAN Human Resource Management Division.
∎ Supervise overall activities of the HRM & HRD Department.
∎ Develop and implement Human Resource plan for the fiscal year.
∎ Design, Implement and review training programs to meet specific department needs.
∎ Coordinate with Departmental Heads for setting KPI in line with business plan and support the performance based appraisal system.
∎ Ensuring job satisfaction across all employee of the organization through proper career progression and motivation to ensure optimum output.
∎ Develop and implement Human Resource Management Policies and Procedures;
∎ Administer Compensation and Benefits;
∎ Support annual salary and periodic review;
∎ Implement and monitor staff performance management;
∎ Handle employee complains, grievances and disputes;
∎ Administer employee discipline processes;
∎ Maintain the Human Resource Information System and Employee Database
∎ Ensure Employee Safety, Welfare and Wellness;
∎ Adequate knowledge of legal requirements and government regulations affecting HR functions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age may be relaxed for highly experienced candidate
∎ Should have leadership and good interpersonal skills.
∎ Should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance /Leave Management, Training & Development, Legal compliance/ Code of Conduct, Organization Development / Process Improvement, HRIS/ HR Database Management.
∎ Must have can do attitude with strong analytical ability, proactive and ability to work in pressure.
∎ Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making.
∎ Organizing and problem solving abilities.
∎ Knowledge of relevant legislation (MRA, PKSF and Labor Law);
∎ Good command in written and verbal communication skill both in English & Bangla.
∎ Practical Knowledge on Computer Operation (MS office).
∎ Staff Management Skill.
∎ Female Candidates will get priority.
