∎ Oversee the management of development funds, ensuring ethical and efficient use of resources.
∎ Serve as a liaison between the hospital and community stakeholders, including patients, families, and local organizations.
∎ Organize and participate in community outreach activities to promote hospital services and initiatives.
∎ Foster partnerships with other healthcare providers and institutions to enhance service delivery.
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital programs and services.
∎ Manage public relations efforts to enhance the hospital’s image and reputation.
∎ Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
∎ Lead and manage the development team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
∎ Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
∎ Monitor team performance and address any issues or challenges.
