Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Performing IPC, BMR, BPR checking, change control activities, and batch release activities.
∎ Preparation and review of SOP, Validation/Qualification protocol and also prepare relevant repor
∎ Investigation and CAPA tracking, Management of Deviation, Customer Complaints.
∎ Carry out Internal Audit/Self Inspection, Vendor audit and Annual Product Quality Review
∎ Archive, Retrieve and disposal of quality documents
∎ Ensure over all compliance of Site GMP
