Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Defines and oversees clinical workflows, contributes to requirements and specification of the Radiation Therapy subsystems (immobilization devices, computer systems, patient record management systems). Evaluates technical quality of treatments, establishes clinical operations policies and procedures.
∎ Take part and lead the team in developing new techniques or resolving clinical problems, thereby implementation process improvement projects. Supervises and trains all therapy personnel.
∎ Take part in clinical treatment delivery and simulation as needed and other day to day radiotherapy processes.
∎ Able to maintain teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the department, retaining a positive work environment for colleagues and ensuring patient satisfaction.
∎ Additional training and certification for specialized areas like TBI, SRS, SRT, SBRT.
∎ Must be proficient in the use of the Radiation Oncology Information Systems and software.
∎ Clinical experience with Elekta LINAC, Monaco TPS with Mosaiq is essential.
∎ Should have a willingness to learn, develop skills, take challenges, problem solving skill, and decision-making.
