Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's or equivalent degree in relevant discipline. (Journalism, Media or Mass Communication/ International Relations/ English or relevant discipline is preferable).
∎ Candidates with 3rd class/division or CGPA below 3.00 in any public examination need not apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop and implement the PR strategies.
∎ Arrange Press Conference, Seminar, Workshop, Symposiums, Meeting, Orientation Program, Education fair and various Cultural Programs.
∎ Prepare Press Release, Rejoinder, Corrigendum and various types of promotional report and feature story & Publish in the newspaper and magazine.
∎ Plan and make Advertisement schedule and budget and its distribution in Daily Newspapers, Magazines, Facebook and Website.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the University Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant fields with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
∎ Outstanding writing skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Strong computer literacy, proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
∎ Specialized training on Business Development, PR, Marketing and Media Handling etc.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
∎ Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Capable of creating and coordinating social networking groups.
∎ Business awareness and a good knowledge on current affairs.
∎ Membership /Associate Membership in Press Club or Press Association.
∎ Experience of liaison/relationship with Embassies and Visa Processing.
