The selected candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning and implementing rehabilitation programs to improve patient mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit physical disabilities.

Job Context: Khokon Memorial Hospital is inviting applications from qualified and motivated individuals for the position of Diploma Civil Engineer The Diploma Civil Engineer will support day-to-day construction activities, supervise site work, ensure quality and safety compliance, and assist in completing the project within the planned timeline and budget. The role requires strong technical knowledge, field supervision skills, and the ability to coordinate with contractors, workers, and project teams.

Job Responsibilities:

A. Site Supervision & Execution

Oversee daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.

Monitor progress of construction, including excavation, concreting, masonry, shuttering, reinforcement, finishing, etc.

Ensure proper use of materials, manpower, and equipment.

Assist in resolving technical issues and field-level challenges.

B. Measurement & Documentation

Prepare daily site reports, work progress updates, and material consumption records.

Conduct measurements for contractor billing and prepare BOQ verification.

Maintain proper documentation for materials received, tests performed, and inspections.

C. Quality Control & Assurance

Ensure construction work meets quality standards and engineering specifications.

Conduct inspection of formwork, steel, concrete, and finishing work.

Coordinate with the quality control team for testing of materials such as concrete, steel, sand, and aggregates.

D. Safety & Compliance

Monitor and maintain safety practices at the project site.

Ensure compliance with company policies, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.

Report unsafe activities or conditions to senior management.

E. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project team members.

Support the Project Engineer in planning and scheduling daily tasks.

Participate in site meetings and provide technical inputs.
