∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advertising & Promotion, Analytical Skill, Brand Planning/ Development, Branding, Campaign Planning, Core Digital Marketing, Creative Content Creation, Social Media Marketing, video content, video editing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, IT Enabled Service, Market Research Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, Google add, social media, YouTube and display advertising campaigns.
∎ Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
∎ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns including Pay per click Campaign, and assess against goals.
∎ Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
∎ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
∎ Content writing and create video content and post those in different social media.
∎ Ability to work and establish e-learning platform.
∎ Ability to do video editing
∎ Other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Quick learner and good knowledge along with good problem solving ability.
∎ Excellent written and spoken proficiency in Bangla and English Language.
∎ Candidate must be hard worker, passionate, dedicated, dynamic, self motivated, energetic and should be capable to work under pressure.
∎ Candidate who resides at Uttara, Dhaka will get preference.
∎ Candidate has to be able to take challenges and fulfill targets
∎ Ability to do plan, implement, manage any project/task individually.
∎ Must have core i3, 10 generation laptop and other digital devices (e.g. microphone, webcam, lighting system etc.) for online meeting/event.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
