∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Service Marketing, Master of Information & Communication Technology (MICT) in Service Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Customer relationship, Customer Support/ Client Service, Digital Sales and Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact corporate/fleet customers in the area by phone and visit.
∎ Contact individual customers in the area by phone and visit.
∎ Contact lost customers (Customers not visiting workshop for more than six months) in the area by phone and visit.
∎ Arrange customer meet in workshop.
∎ Arrange/Coordinate service campaign for workshop.
∎ Update customer contact report with customer feedback.
∎ Providing gifts to customers as per Mothaher Automobiles Customer Club Policy.
∎ Workshop performance analysis in terms of Revenue and V/B/D.
∎ Monitor and supervise marketing officer working under his supervision.
∎ Update and provide report as per requirement of the department.
∎ Update and maintain information relating to Mothaher Automobiles (Service) facilities and circulate them to the customers.
∎ Provide feedback to marketing coordinator/workshop manager/concern department on facilities which needs to be upgraded in workshop for better customer service experience
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 8850 - 15850 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Provident fund, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
