Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ক্লায়েন্টদের কাছে আমাদের প্রতিষ্ঠানের পরিষেবাগুলি যথাযথভাবে উপস্থাপন করা।
∎ বিভিন্ন প্রতিবেদন প্রণয়ন ইত্যাদি।ইনবাউন্ড/আউটবাউন্ড ফোন কল গ্রহণ করা।
∎ চমৎকার গ্রাহক সেবা প্রদান করুন এবং গ্রাহকের সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করে গ্রাহককে সুনির্দিষ্ট তথ্য দিন।
∎ গ্রাহকের চাহিদা চিহ্নিত করুন, তথ্য স্পষ্ট করুন এবং গ্রাহকের প্রশ্নের সমাধান প্রদান করুন।
∎ সমস্যার কথা শোনা ও সেই অনুযায়ী সঠিক পরামর্শ প্রদান করা।
∎ মিডিয়া সমূহে কনটেন্ট আপডেট করা। দৈনিক সাপ্তাহিক ও মাসিক ভিত্তিক সকল ধরনের রিপোর্ট তৈরি।
