Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Digital Marketing, lead generation, Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across all channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO).
∎ Track and analyze website traffic and social media engagement to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Manage and maintain social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.
∎ Conduct headhunts online to identify and attract potential candidates for open positions.
∎ Collect client's number from online sites and add them to the company's database.
∎ Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
∎ Excellent video editing and content creation skills.
∎ Experience with headhunting and candidate sourcing.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: Negotiable
