Essential:

  • Strategic thinking.
  • Data Analysis and in-depth understanding of CRM/ other related tools.
  • Social Media Marketing (Organic as well as Paid).
  • Thorough understanding of SEO/ SEM concepts and experience in running various digital campaigns.
  • Email/ WhatsApp Marketing knowledge and experience in running campaigns involving them.
  • An eye for good copy and visual marketing.
  • Experience in remarketing, geofencing, and creating Google/ YouTube/ Facebook/ LinkedIn/ Instagram/ TikTok Ads.

Desirable, but not Essential:

  • Experience in using Adobe After Effects, Canva, and Photoshop etc.
  • Interest in AI/ App Development.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage the continual development of web, social, and digital channels ensuring that our digital presence positively reflects our marketing initiatives culture, and brand.

  • Develop and execute an annual digital plan for all our group organizations with the support of the individual marketing teams.

  • Led the digital marketing teams across organizations and was responsible for generating, creating, and placing engaging, creative, and informative content on social media platforms, including posting and advertising across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X Handle, and YouTube.

  • Track, monitor, and report on social media, websites, and online PR activity.

  • Be responsible for the ORM (online reputation management) of all our group organizations and ensure our social media sites are monitored and responded to in a timely and professional manner as per requirement.

  • Manage all our websites, including but not limited to content creation, updates, and SEO optimization.

  • Planning and production of digital creative content for the schools; actively seeking news stories and content for websites, social media, newsletters, and bulletins.

  • Use Google Analytics and other data sources to track, monitor, and report on social media and website activity. Keeping track of performance metrics to report to management to aid improvement and recommendation discussions.

  • Monitor and report on key competitor activity and submit detailed online competitor analysis for all group organizations.

  • Such other duties as required by the management to ensure the smooth operation of the marketing department.
