MASTUL Foundation is a leading non-profit organisation dedicated to humanitarian services, education, youth empowerment, and sustainable development. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives and enhance the organisation’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals.

• Manage and monitor all social media platforms, websites, and online campaigns.

• Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive paid media strategies on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer acquisition, lead generation, and ROI

• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate) using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.

• Plan and execute SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.

• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging digital content.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

• Manage online brand reputation and audience engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.

• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.

• Excellent communication, creativity, and leadership skills.

• Experience working with nonprofit or social organizations will be an added advantage.
