Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and retail operations.

Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) to increase engagement and brand visibility.

Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and sales.

Create and manage content calendars, including posts, videos, graphics, and promotional campaigns.

Monitor and analyze website and social media analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Coordinate with design and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Manage email marketing, SEO/SEM, and influencer collaborations for product promotions.

Research current market trends and competitors to keep the company’s digital strategy updated and innovative.

Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and campaigns.

Any task assign by management.

Experience Requirements:

8-10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Retail or Buying House sectors (Readymade Garments)

Proven experience in social media management, online campaigns, and SEO/Google Analytics.

Additional Requirements:

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.

Proficiency in Facebook Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva/Photoshop, Mailchimp, and SEO tools.

Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.

Ability to lead campaigns independently and meet deadlines.
