Responsibilities & Context:
Welcome and assist customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and style.
Showcase products, provide size & fit guidance, and offer styling suggestions.
Drive sales by promoting new arrivals, offers, and cross-selling products.
Maintain the showroom’s visual appeal through proper merchandising and display arrangement.
Ensure timely replenishment of stock on shelves and racks.
Manage billing, POS operations, and accurate cash/card handling.
Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with stockroom, tailoring, and management teams as needed.
Conduct regular stock checks and support inventory audits.
Maintain customer records, support loyalty programs, and provide post-sales service.
Maintain product display & showroon cleanliness.
