∎ TIMES SQUARE SMART CITY: like new York ,shanghai, Dubai, Singapore, Tokyo style first Real Estate Smart city project in Bangladesh, is located across from purbachal sector 28, approximately 5 minute drive from Purbachal trade fair, our corporate headquarter is located in gulshan-2 and USA office in Los Angeles California aiming to provide complete smart city solutions to the progressive customers, Since this is American and western style real estate project we must follow through various compliance issues, we are looking for hardworking, Honest, innovative Healthy, dependable and strong Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist Preferably from any Real Estate company background who will be key to our success. Times Square smart city has a vision to build the first smart city in Bangladesh.
∎ The candidate will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the organization`s products and services. The candidate will majorly enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads/customers.
∎ Workplace Work at office Gulshan
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals
∎ Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube), search engines, and display advertising
∎ Interacting with customers online
∎ Respond to online orders and enquiries
∎ Listing the company on social media and ensuring activities in different social media platforms- Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Google Plus, You Tube etc.
∎ Managing company's social media Writing informative and effective search engine optimized -SEO copy for the website and external blog postings
∎ Be familiar with Google Ad words and sponsored ads
∎ Development of brand awareness and online reputation
∎ Content management and generation of inbound traffic
∎ Managing the company's Social Media accounts ensuring relevant medium for the different platforms
∎ Keeping up to date with changes and advances in social media and advising on new channels and approaches to adopt
∎ Advising the company about different premiums on social media platforms the company can subscribe to
∎ Monitoring social media for company mentions and engaging with customers where relevant
∎ Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts
∎ Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website
∎ Edit and post photos, videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites
∎ Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience
∎ Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
