Job Context:
∎ Include Work (formerly G IT Desk) is a growing outsourcing company. We are looking for skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Experts to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic and generate leads.
∎ Requirements:
∎ Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Expert with a minimum of 1-3 years in a similar role.
∎ Demonstrable experience of implementing successful digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
∎ Expertise in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other necessary software.
∎ Experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
∎ Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including social media, email, and search engines to achieve business goals.
∎ Monitor and analyze website traffic and online campaigns to optimize performance and ROI.
∎ Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for the website, social media and other digital channels.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, making recommendations for improvements to existing strategies.
∎ Manage the company's social media accounts and engage with customers and followers.
∎ Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and make data-driven decisions on marketing initiatives.
∎ Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
