Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have the ability to frequently make content and create posts or plans on social media.
∎ Responding to comments and replies to customer inquiries via FB post, email, and live chat.
∎ Must have strong knowledge of advertising on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, email marketing, and other digital marketing platforms.
∎ Ensure regular follow-up and feedback on customer’s requests and complaints via social media platforms.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Developing and implementing new marketing campaigns and projects.
∎ Building a strong connection between customers and the business.
∎ Collaborating with other marketing team members.
∎ In addition to the above tasks, any office-related tasks required by the authorities must be mandatory.
