∎ Must have a Bachelor's/Honors, Master's degree from any public university/ private university or national university
∎ Master's degree in marketing, communications, or related field will be preferred.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Preference will be given to those with 1 year of experience involved in any sales.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
∎ Have to provide clear and accurate information about motorcycles as per customer’s needs.
∎ Identify customer issues, and concerns, propose or complain, and have efficient solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
∎ Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve complex issues and provide appropriate support to customers.
∎ Ensure regular follow-up and feedback on customer’s requests and complaints.
∎ Should be presentable, have excellent communication skills, and have a convincing ability
∎ Ability to solve problems and handle difficult situations with calm and professionalism
∎ In addition to the above tasks, any office-related tasks required by the authorities must be mandatory.
