Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage POS printing, and upload the products to the website.
- Handling all Social Media
- Making social media posts, Social Media Boosting and Campaigning
- Monitor campaign results & optimize for best ROI
- Making posters, Graphics, Reels, Pixel etc. for social media
- Monitor post performance, reach, engagement, and optimize accordingly
- Participating on business development activities
- Making short videos for social media, Video Editing
- Run & manage Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn ads
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Participating on business development activities
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, reply message, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Suggest and implement new features to develop company awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
