Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing exceptional customer support through various channels (email, chat, phone, social media).
∎ Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
∎ Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
∎ Creating and managing customer, maintain visitors.
∎ Database and regular follow - up them.
∎ Handle phone calls, answer queries of leads, do timely.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, Digital Marketing, Facebook Marketing, Internet Browsing, Online Client Handling,
∎ The applicants should have 1 year professional experience in the following area(s): Front Desk, Customer Service, Digital Marketing.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
