Job Responsibilities:
∎ Executing, Monitoring, and Analyzing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other social media platforms
∎ Researching and gathering information and knowledge to develop well-informed strategic plans
∎ Producing cohesive and intelligent plans to bring success to campaigns
∎ Generating original ideas for campaigns and content communication
∎ Compile reviews and reports for the presentation of advertising performance of Digital Media
∎ Identifying potential problems for the brand and devising ways to rectify them
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ At least 1-3 years of experience in this field
∎ Data Analysis
∎ Creative, Fast learner, Willing to take on challenges
∎ Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
∎ Time management skills
∎ Interest in marketing trends, popular culture, and new advertising trends and techniques
∎ Strong interpersonal skills (speaking proficiency in both English & Bangla)
∎ Full understanding of all social media platforms
∎ Content Creation and Management Skills.
∎ Experience executing paid social media campaigns.
∎ Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe.
∎ Incredible attention to detail.
∎ Problem solving skills.
∎ Working Experience in Performance Marketing is a must.
∎ Digital Marketing Experience is needed.
∎ Experience in marketing and advertising agencies in content planning, brand strategy, and development will be added as an advantage.
