∎ Proven experience in digital marketing (2-3 years preferred), with a strong understanding of digital media channels and tools.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
∎ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Experience with digital marketing software and tools is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage digital media channels, including but not limited to social media platforms, website, email campaigns, SMS campaigns, and online advertising.
∎ Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
∎ Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and engage with the online community.
∎ Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to implement innovative digital marketing initiatives.
