∎ Digital Marketing Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing).
∎ E-commerce Expertise: Experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and optimizing online sales funnels.
∎ Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and use metrics to drive decision-making.
∎ Price Strategy Knowledge: Strong understanding of pricing models, competitor pricing analysis, and demand-driven pricing strategies.
∎ Content Creation: Strong writing and content creation idea skills for social media, websites, and digital ads.

∎ Price Strategy Setting: Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to define competitive yet profitable pricing strategies for online platforms.
∎ Social Media Optimization: Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand engagement and drive traffic to the e-commerce site with a focus on conversions.
∎ Sales Funnel Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to move potential customers through the sales funnel, increasing conversion rates and average order value.
∎ Cross-Channel Coordination: Align e-commerce and social media strategies to create a seamless brand experience, ensuring that all platforms work together to generate revenue.
∎ Data-Driven Decision Making: Regularly analyze digital campaign performance, sales data, and customer insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
∎ Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets for e-commerce operations and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum profitability.
∎ Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor key metrics such as ROI, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), CLV (Customer Lifetime Value), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) to evaluate success and refine strategies.
∎ Customer Insights & Feedback: Use customer data and feedback to improve user experience on e-commerce platforms and design targeted campaigns that meet customer needs.
