Responsibilities & Context:
* Performance Marketing: Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
* Social Media Management: Design, build, and maintain our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok).
* Lead Generation: Focus on high-quality lead generation for premium services (Laser, Fillers, Skin treatments) and maintain a healthy Cost Per Lead (CPL).
* Content Oversight: Collaborate with designers/videographers to produce high-end visual content that resonates with a premium audience.
* Budgeting: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
* Market Research: Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
