Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, and other platforms

• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)

• Run paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)

• Perform SEO (on-page and off-page) to improve website ranking

• Create engaging content, posts, and ad copies

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports

• Manage email marketing campaigns

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Optimize campaigns to increase leads, traffic, and sales

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• Digital Marketing certification will be an advantage

Experience Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (Freshers with strong skills may apply)

Additional Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads

• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research

• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, SEMrush, or Ahrefs

• Good communication skills in English and Bangla

• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
