∎ Master of Arts (MA)
∎ Masters in any discipline from a recognized university. Educational qualification may be relaxed for the highly experienced candidates and community members.

∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure high quality service delivery to the targeted population and their partners
∎ Supervise all DIC staff, ensure safety and security of DIC, conduct field visits, and generate monthly reports.
∎ Mange DIC based administrative and finance related works through maintaining project compliance
∎ Organizing different DIC based events
∎ Manage DIC based online MIS system
∎ Maintain functional networking and liaison with the local stakeholders
∎ Conduct/assist in analysing local stakeholders' and prepare plan for regular/periodic sensitization and advocacy events
∎ Analyse DIC performance and make team understand about the next steps/work plan and ensure continuous support to achieve result
∎ Conduct training for Volunteers and community organizers as necessary and do follow up of training outcome
∎ Make sure clinical services are providing in line with the guideline/SOPs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ 3 years of working experience in similar position in the arena of Health/HIV/SRH is required.
Salary: Tk. 15858 (Monthly)

∎ As per policy and budget allocation.
