Job Context:
∎ M.Sc / B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed University with good academic record.
∎ A minimum of ten (10) years of Textile industry knowledge may be strongly desired.
∎ Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
∎ Knowledge of map creation software and photo imaging software.
∎ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
∎ Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
∎ Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.
∎ Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Consult with BoD & consulting firms prior to project approval.
∎ Organize project plans to build deliverables by formulated cost-effective plan to complete within budget and time frame.
∎ Support Supply Chain Management for price & product quality, methodology.
∎ Support and direct project teams consulting with respective departments where required.
∎ Supervise & ensure quality of construction works as per working drawings.
∎ Monitoring regular civil related maintenance & repairing activities.
∎ Monitor building and safety regulations are met at all onsite and offsite construction works.
∎ Consult with cross functional team for project party payment, logistic support for management approval.
∎ Conduct departmental meeting for civil work in progress and upcoming project issues.
∎ Participate in meeting with admin & compliance team for compliance & buyer requirement.
∎ Prepare & monitor audit reports regarding buyer & third-party audit."
