• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering

• At least 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

• B.Sc at least 10-12 year(s).

• Diploma at least 15-18 year(s).

• Legal training and up-to-date knowledge of contract law.

• Strong negotiating skills.

• Good written and oral communication skills in both English & Bangla.

Collaborate with Project manages to identify sub-contracting needs for each project

Any kind of civil drawings, analysis, understanding of the construction industry

Negotiate contracts and agreements with subcontractors, outlining the scope of work & optimize project timelines

Payment Terms & Conditions of the sub-contractor`s work order

Monitor subcontractor performance and address any issues or concerns on tim

Serve as the primary point of contact between subcontractors and management facilitating effective communication

Maintain accurate records of subcontractor’s activities, contracts, and performance evaluations

Assist in resolving any conflicts or disputes between subcontractors and the company

Informing internal and external stakeholders of the status of contracts

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements governing subcontractor relationships.
