Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee end-to-end garment production
Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines
Maintain high-quality standards as per buyer requirements
Implement Industrial Engineering (IE) techniques to improve efficiency
Monitor production planning, line balancing, and workflow
Lead and manage production teams, supervisors, and workers
Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, QA, and Compliance departments
Ensure proper utilization of manpower and machinery
Handle buyer visits, audits, and inspections
Control production costs and minimize wastage
