Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ At least 5 years’ experience in project finance and treasury function.
∎ Working experience with international agencies like ADB, IFC, KFW, JICA, AFD, etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This position primarily handles financing and strategic issues for projects, whose financing partners are internationally renowned organizations. The following areas were primarily covered:
∎ The responsibilities include maintaining and preparing fund management, financial planning, budget preparation, treasury management, and investment management, among others.
∎ Keep in liaison with local and international financing agencies for arranging & funds.
∎ Prepare the project report, forecast, and analysis as per the requirements of the financing partners.
∎ This position also works to provide a proactive, efficient, and effective financial management service.
∎ Ensure a project-wise monthly profitability analysis and confirm all costs are under budget.
∎ In depth analysis on Investment, OPEX, and CAPEX.
∎ Building and maintaining continuous relationships with necessary stakeholders, including Regulators.
∎ Ensure the compliance of local & international regulations.
