Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing from reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Group of Companies, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Development, analysis & prediction of color and designing of trends in fabrics and garments.
∎ Forecast trends and develop inspired ideas which are sellable to multinational brand.
∎ Ensure the preparation of range plan and product mix with full color sketches showing all styles and suggested color in coordination with marketing, sales and operation for planned season.
∎ Develop strategy for private label and sub brand product.
∎ Visit textiles, trade fair, store and market fashion shows and in order to collect information to collect information on trends and special focus on color, fabric and garment design.
∎ Lead research, survey and development team.
∎ Ensure product performance test based on category.
∎ Ensure visual display and window display done in accordance with theme and product inspiration.
∎ Generate concept and mood boards (a collection of items to capture a mood, such as photos, fabric pieces and color samples)
∎ Ability to prepare dynamic presentation for buyers and conduct buyers visit.
∎ Communicate with buyer and fabric & trims suppliers.
∎ Collaborate with design team and sampling team to develop products to meet brief.
∎ Present design ideas to design head and buyers.
∎ Present graphic idea of printing garments like sewing shirt , Printed shirt , ladies tops , palazzo etc to design head / director.

∎ Age 25 to 32 years

∎ Western Fashion Knowledge
∎ Design cads
∎ Moodboard building
∎ Motivated
∎ Punctual
∎ Basic merchandising skills
