Job Summary: We’re looking for a Design Manager who can translate South Asian fashion elements into marketable merchandise. This role owns the journey from idea to product, balancing creativity with market readiness. The ideal candidate understands fabric, silhouettes, and finish, and the “why” behind each choice. He/she researches deeply, designs with confidence, and collaborates closely with others to ensure every piece is delivered on time. This role demands someone who is highly mature, treats design as a system driven by market insights, shaped by inter-departmental collaboration, and aligned with YELLOW's premium identity.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Men's Ethnic Wear collections that match YELLOW's premium identity and market-readiness

• Research fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and trims to support design ideas and execution

• Help source materials and work with suppliers and vendors

• Support sample development process

• Work closely with production, merchandising, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure designs are practical and deliverable"
