Education:

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

• Only Male

• Lead planning and execution of large-scale infrastructure (Building projects).

• Coordinate with client, Consultant, Health Engineering Department(HED),Public Works Department (PWD) and Hospital Directors

• Manage multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines

• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management

• Ensure compliance with contract conditions, technical specifications, and regulatory standards

• Manage contractual communications, claims, and variations under FIDIC or similar frameworks

• Monitor construction progress, quality control, and safety performance

• Prepare and present project reports, forecasts, and strategic updates to senior management

• Maintain professional communication and documentation in English across all project phases.

• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

• Manage and optimize the use of construction materials, equipment, and manpower.

• Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and government authorities, to ensure alignment with project goals.

• Prior experience working on donor-funded projects such as ADB, JICA, or World Bank is mandatory.

• Strong background in managing projects under FIDIC-based contracts.

• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
