Job Responsibilities:
∎ Great organizational and communication skills.
∎ Create a distinct sales process for area sales managers and sales officers to follow.
∎ Establish clear sales objectives for the week, month, year, etc.
∎ Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs.
∎ Train new sales hires in company processes and procedures.
∎ Manage and supervise sales team to ensure they are on track in achieving sales goals.
∎ Develop sales & distribution infrastructure for business expansion.
∎ Lead, motivate acknowledge and inspire your team to perform beyond expectations.
∎ Continually monitor and track sales performance and take corrective action wherever needed.
∎ Be informed about competitors' activities and keep your superiors updated.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
∎ Natural leader with proven management skills
∎ Experience forecasting sales and building a customer base
∎ Persistent, unyielding, and results driven
