Responsibilities & Context:
Assist the project manager (PM) in overall project management activities.
Ensure construction is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, designs,and technical specifications
Review and implement construction methodologies and method statements
Monitor construction schedules and work programs
Support the PM in variation orders, extra items, and claims management
Coordinate among client (LGED), Consultant, and Contractor
Provide necessary technical input and recommendations to support management decisions
