Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 03 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in educational institutions and industries.
∎ Competency Based Training and Assessment (CBT&A) Methodology level-4 will be preferable.
∎ Excellent command on communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Excellent computer operating skills & conversant with MS Office package.
∎ Self-motivated, adaptable, team player and passion for social development works.
∎ NTRCA certification would be added advantage.
∎ Management has the right to make exceptions based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To contribute implementing UCEP Bangladesh’s values, vision, mission and goals, and development of future strategy documents as needed.
∎ To support in designing and developing the Technical Education programs of UCEP Bangladesh.
∎ To conduct training as required for the Technical Education programs of UCEP Bangladesh.
∎ To contribute to analyze technical education programs, identify areas of improvement and provide necessary guidance for improvement.
∎ To support research for identifying skills demand in coordination with other relevant experts and share/use the findings for programs development, communication, and marketing.
∎ To facilitate curricula, module/ materials development process for TVET and Skills Development programs.
∎ To prepare training budgets and also track the expenditure.
∎ To support facilitating events and workshops with relevant personnel from BTEB, NSDC/NSDA, industry, ISC, training institutes and others for developing curricula and module for Technical Education Development programs.
∎ To assist in ensuring program quality of Technical Education programs in line with national guidelines.
∎ To assist research for identifying skills demand in coordination with other relevant experts and share/use the findings for programs development, communication, and marketing.
∎ To support for developing the organizational strategy, project proposal, business plan, business goals and other documents.
∎ To support assessment of students and trainees.
∎ To support field team in different partnership projects related to Technical Education programs.
∎ To support purchases related to training in coordination with admin department.
∎ To ensure implementation of RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) assessment.
∎ To regularly visit programs at the field level and share/use the finding for program quality improvement.
∎ To assist in preparing various reports required for the programs and other purpose of the organization.
∎ To assist in sharing the learning with others in the organization under the guidance of supervisor.
∎ Promote and contribute to ongoing efforts towards gender equity & equality, child/staff protection & safeguard, inclusiveness, accessibility and discrimination-free environment in the workplace and operations/activities/plans. In applicable cases, ensure that necessary budget allocation is there and in KPIs these issues are reflected regarding employees under supervision.
∎ To maintain strict confidentiality of information, documents and other internal and external communications.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
∎ Job Purpose: To contribute to the development, quality assurance and support implementation of the Technical Education Development programs of UCEP Bangladesh in line with UCEP Bangladesh’s values, vision, mission, goals and relevant country laws.
